What to Wear and Bring

  • Probably the most important thing to have is a great pair of polarized sunglasses. They are essential to aid in seeing the wildlife in the water and the scenery through the glare of the sun.  We wear and recommend Salt Life Sunglasses
  • If you're getting in the water, wear a bathing suit and bring a cover-up and towels.
  • Water shoes will protect your feet from the small pieces of coral and shell present.
  • Bring snorkel gear, if you're planning on going snorkeling.
  • If you're staying on the boat, shorts, t-shirts and flip flops are the standard attire for most of the year.
  • Wear boat shoes or sneakers if you prefer.
  • In cooler weather, you may prefer long pants, long sleeve shirts and sneakers.
  • Dress in layers. You can always take things off, but you can’t put on what you don’t have with you.
  • A hat or visor will protect you from the sun.
  • The Florida Keys sun is strong year round. Be sure to bring sun screen and lip balm and use them both!
  • Bring whatever you’d like to eat and drink while on board. We recommend plenty of bottled water.
  • If you choose to bring beer, wine or hard liquor, please be sure it is in cans or plastic rather than glass containers.
  • Bring any cups, utensils and plates required for your food and beverages.
  • The boat has dry storage to accommodate jackets, etc.
